"Our furnace went out yesterday morning and I called their after hours line (superbowl sunday).. Ryan was at our house within a hour to see what was going on. After no time at all, he knew exactly what was wrong. He told us that 1st thing Monday morning he would try and find the part in town. He did and had our furnace up and running Monday morning. Thank you thank you thank you... we have heat again, and thank God for the Guardian plan.... didn't cost us a dime. Love banner. Personally been a customer for 14 years... and will be for life!"
